Strawberries, pears, goat cheese and caramelized walnuts served on a fresh bed of mixed greens and drizzled with a wild blueberry dressing.


ENTRÉE (choice of)


ROASTED N.Y. STRIPLOIN
Slow roasted N.Y. striploin marinated in a pommery mustard and fresh rosemary and topped with a shallot and red wine jus served with asparagus, red peppers and carrots tossed in a clarified garlic butter and garlic mashed potatoes

STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
Breaded chicken breast stuffed with fresh spinach, roasted red peppers and feta cheese topped with a homemade leek sauce served with asparagus, carrots and red peppers tossed in clarified garlic butter and honey glazed roasted potatoes

Chocolate Mousse topped with a fresh raspberry  coulis, fresh mint and  Baileys whipped cream
